In the fall of 2007, Don & Cassandra Johnson took over the management and dive instruction at Breezeway Bubbles. Former owners Barb and Terry Spennetta will still be involved, but will focus primarily on doing what they enjoy most, traveling the world leading dive trips with students and friends. Under the new management, Breezeway Bubbles will still be using the huge private pool during the summers located at Barb and Terry's estate near Cross Plains. With over 20 years of world wide diving experience, Barb and Terry will be able to offer valuable insight into dive travel and instruction.
PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer Don Johnson has been diving since 1993 and has been teaching diving since 2001. While Don enjoys teaching advanced diving skills to certified divers, his primary focus is on teaching new divers. Don has experience diving around the world in places such as Hawaii, Japan, Bonaire, Cayman Islands, Belize, Cabo San Lucus, Cancun, Cozumel, Fiji, Turks & Caicos Islands, Roatan and throughout the United States. Don teaches all levels of instruction from Discover Scuba through Divemaster. Specialty certifications such as Nitrox, Deep, Boat, Drift Diving, Night Diving, and more can be obtained though classes held locally or while on one of our upcoming trips. Don prides himself as being exceptionally patient with new students that are perhaps a bit nervous about diving for the first time. The most satisfying feeling is taking a once nervous student and turning them into a competent and passionate certified PADI scuba open water diver.
Cassandra Johnson is a PADI certified instructor with extensive travel and 10 years of diving experience. She too enjoys teaching new students the wonderful world of scuba diving and helps out with classes. Cassandra has hundreds of logged dives throughout the world as her and Don travel together. A valuable skill that Cassandra contributes is her experience and knowledge of travel planning. While many other dive shops simply use a travel agent to arrange group travel, Cassandra negotiates directly with dive shops, resorts, and airlines around the world to obtain the best deals for our students. Cassandra has years of travel agency experience that she uses to find the hidden gems and best deals possible in dive travel.
Breezeway Bubbles Scuba, LLC., differs from other area dive shops; we schedule class at your convenience and adjust our presentations to accommodate your ability and interest.
